Piraeus Leasing sponsored the Piraeus Fairplay Tournament
After the first Piraeus Fairplay Tournament, which took place on May 17 and 18 and the participants received the first credit cards specially designed for golfers, for the second tournament on July 6th the participants were invited for an exciting test drive, organized especially for the event by Piraeus Leasing Bulgaria and Premium Cars. At the day of the tournament the fans of luxurious sport cars had the opportunity to see some of the most impressing model gathered at one place in front of the building of golf club "St. Sofia".
In Piraeus Fairplay Golf Cup participated the best Bulgarian golfers, which played 18 holes Individual Stableford. They were divided into 2 divisions. Weekend for two at Porto Karas provided by Piraeus Bank won Iliana Dimitrova, who took the first place at Division A, second place was taken by Ron Finley and the third place was occupied by Rumen Atanasov. First place in Division B took Italian participant Nicolo Ubertali, who will also travel to Porto Karas.
"I want to thank all the participants in this lovely tournament. For me is a big honor to bestow the prizes to the winners.", Mr. Vasilis Mentzelos, representative of at Piraeus Leasing Bulgaria, said. "I would say that if you want to see the character of a person you have to watch him play golf. At this tournament the atmosphere was gentlemanly and there was high sport spirit which ii the most important thing according to me.", he added.
