Piraeus Leasing Bulgaria sole-S.A. was established at the beginning of 2005, 100% owned by Piraeus Bank Greece. Since 2006 the company became a member of the Bulgarian Association of Leasing (BAL) thus contributing to the development and improving of the legislation and the investment environment in the country.
Piraeus Leasing Bulgaria S.A. offers lease financing of tangible assets, as follows: passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, heavy and specialized trucks and trailers and busses; production lines, machines and equipment for food, packing bottling, printing, wood and metal processing and other industries; construction and road construction machinery and equipment; Medical and dentist equipment; real estate leasing.
PIRAEUS BEST LEASING AND PIRAEUS AUTO LEASING ARE ALREADY PART OF PIRAEUS LEASING BULGARIA
Piraeus Best Leasing Bulgaria S.A. and Piraeus Auto Leasing S.A. merged into Piraeus Leasing Bulgaria S.A.. As a result, both companies are deleted from the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency.
